We have traditionally mailed out a postcard reminder around a month before and one and two months after a scheduled vaccination, and for several other requested reminders. We are trying to move some of this to an electronic form. During this transition it is possible you will get duplicate reminders--we decided it was better that if there is a glitch we err on the side of too much information rather than missing something. Please call--or email--us if you do get any duplicates as this will help us iron out any bugs in the system.
